Account and billing

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Account" and your account email address. We can help with subscription changes, refunds, coin balance discrepancies, and lost-access recovery.

Privacy, data, and deletion requests

For data access, correction, or deletion requests under the GDPR, the CCPA, or any equivalent right elsewhere, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy" and the email address tied to your account. See our Privacy Policy for the full process and statutory timeframes.
